Mini update on Final Vendetta Neo Geo:


All the V ROM programming for AES and MVS PROG boards was completed. CHA boards are already complete and PROG PCBs are now ready for the game code once final. UniBios behaviour testing went well, just one minor “cosmetic” issue with an audio sample looping on the UniBios in-game menu left to fix up.



Extended play testing found a memory leak in training mode if you played it for a long time, which has been fixed. Automated “funky chicken” testing (button mashing) found a rare but nasty bug with Diesel coming alive again if you crowd cleared in an exact scenario whilst he was dying. Now fixed and confirmed in the modern version too, so will be patched on modern platforms in a future update.


Everything is still progressing well at this point.
