When Skeletor uncovers the ancient Dragon Pearl of Destruction, a relic of unspeakable power, he joins forces with Evil-Lyn, plotting to perform a ritual that will plunge all of Eternia into eternal darkness! Only He-Man, Man-At-Arms, and Teela can save the planet from certain doom!
In collaboration with Mattel, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe™: Dragon Pearl of Destruction is being developed by Mike and the team and will be published by Limited Run Games. The game melds the iconic characters and settings of the ‘80s animated classic He-Man and the Masters of the Universe™ with hand-crafted combat, gorgeous sprites, and high fantasy adventure inspired by arcade classics of the past. Harness character-specific moves, devastating special abilities, and screen-clearing magic to decimate Skeletor’s forces alone or team up with two player co-op!
Bringing He-Man and the Masters of the Universe™ to life as a 2D brawler meant honouring the bold colours, dramatic poses, and larger-than-life energy of the original series while delivering tight, responsive combat worthy of the arcade era. Every animation frame, enemy pattern, and stage layout has been carefully built by hand to capture that unmistakable ‘80s magic, and we’re so excited for fans to experience it soon!
