Bitmap Bureau is very excited to announce He-Man and the Masters of the Universe™: Dragon Pearl of Destruction! This retro-inspired 2D brawler console and PC title was just revealed at gamescom and is set to launch in 2026.
In collaboration with Mattel, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe: Dragon Pearl of Destruction is being developed by Mike and the team and will be published by Limited Run Games. The game melds the iconic characters and settings of the ‘80s animated classic He-Man and the Masters of the Universe with hand-crafted combat, gorgeous sprites and high fantasy adventure inspired by arcade classics of the past.
Inspired by the iconic ‘80s cartoon, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe: Dragon Pearl of Destruction allows players to take control of Eternia’s beloved heroes, including He-Man, Teela, Man-At-Arms, and more to battle Skeletor and Evil-Lyn and save Eternia from plunging into darkness.
Fight through over 12 action-packed levels using character-specific moves, abilities, and power-ups to stop Skeletor’s ancient ritual that threatens to take over Eternia. Battle Cat, He-Man’s fearless feline companion, also joins the fray, battling on the side of justice with his claws unsheathed.

I've got an artist buddy who I've commissioned to do some characters in your style. Here's his Leech!
Please add in a versus mode that allows us to choose all characters like Trap Jaw, Skeletor, etc so we can fight each other similar to Golden Axe III.
Also add in a biography page with the character standing I'm front of the red exploding rock design seen on the action figure packs. Just a static in game image of the character and some bio for them. I really hope you add Two Bad, Webstor and as many characters as you can.
